This total body workout can be completed right in your home with just a couple of dumbbells. Do 10-15 reps / 3-5 circuits – one exercise after another. (One set of each of the 6 exercises is one circuit)

Push-ups (full or modified version) • PlankSide Plank (hold planks 1-2 x 30 sec or 3 x 10 sec) • Bridge (1 or 2 legs) • Squat1 arm DB row or Band row.
