Smoked Salmon Rolls

Lay out slices of smoked salmon and place dollop of cream cheese on each piece. Carefully roll and arrange on plate. Add small salad or celery / carrot sticks.

 

Cottage Cheese and Avocado with Salsa

Mash ½ of an avocado. Add ½ - 1-cup whole milk cottage cheese and ½ cup salsa. Mix and enjoy!

 

Greek Yogurt and Berries

1-cup whole milk Greek Yogurt. Top with ½ cup blue / strawberries

You can also top the berries with 1/4 - 1/2 cup of yogurt and for a delicious and nutritious dessert.
