Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad

Makes a great no-fuss one bowl lunch or dinner.


  • 2-3 oz smoked salmon
  • 1-2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Mixed green salad
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Celtic sea salt & fresh ground pepper
  • Lemon flavored olive oil or olive oil & fresh lemon juice


Place mixed greens and tomatoes in bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dress with lemon olive oil or oil & lemon juice. Top with salmon and eggs.
