Mash ½ an avocado. Add ½ - 1-cup whole milk cottage cheese and ½ cup salsa. Mix throughly and enjoy!

This mixture taste better if you let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

Makes a great snack or try for lunch with cut carrots and celery.

For your next party make a large batch and serve with corn chips.
