If you live in the Boston area I also offer in-home personal training. In-home training ensures consistency and safety while allowing you to exercise at your true potential.

Home gym set-up

Exercise equipment is expensive and most pieces of home gym equipment get used as a clothes hanger. A home gym consultation will help you get clear on your fitness goals. Then based on your goals, available space and exercise preferences, I will recommend only the equipment you need. You will save money by not purchasing equipment that will go unused!

Nutrition Consultation

Struggling with weight loss? Lack energy and motivation? A Nutrition Consultation can help jump-start your weight loss or help you bust through a plateau. A thorough review of your current diet and health history can shed light on what may be holding you back.

Regularly scheduled consultations will help identify problems sooner, allowing you to reach your goals more quickly. Your specifically designed nutrition program will include recipes and cooking tips based on the foods best suited to your needs and most importantly the ones you like.

I know that decisions regarding your health can be life changing and sometimes take great courage to act upon. That’s why I would like to offer you a FREE one-hour Wellness Evaluation to take a more in depth look at your health, nutrition and fitness concerns. This evaluation will include a thorough review of your health history and help you get clear on your health goals. We will identify any challenges that are preventing you from reaching those goals and come up with a short-term plan for things you can put into immediate action. I can also make a recommendation of big picture strategies for how to best achieve your long-term health, weight loss and fitness goals. The Wellness Evaluation can be done in person (Boston area only), by Skype or over the phone.
