The REAL Lifestyle Program is based on eating real food; fresh and natural, like meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts and whole milk dairy. These foods are nutrient dense with plenty of vitamins and minerals instead of foods like grains and beans that are calorie dense without as much nutrition. And while grains and beans are minimized, you don’t need to worry about fiber; you will get plenty from vegetables and fruit.
