No. The REAL Lifestyle Program has you create a Favored Foods List and from this list you will design fat burning meals from the foods you like. A variety of options along with sample meals and snacks are presented. I realize many programs lay out what to eat each day. The problem with this approach is it does not take into account your individual likes and dislikes, whether you have the ability to prepare the suggested meals or where you will be eating. It’s much better to learn how to construct your meals. This way you will have the skills to make the best choice under any circumstances whether cooking at home or dining out. Individual nutrition counseling is available in person or by phone.
