FAQ > FAQ > Do I have to give up certain foods?

No. Well maybe! You will be encouraged to ‘clean up’ your diet by eliminating (or greatly reducing) certain foods that provide little or no real nutritional value. Products made from grain: bread, pasta, bagels, pretzels, along with junk food: chips, candy and foods with added sugar and artificial sweeteners are all examples of processed foods and should be eliminated. Any foods fried in or that contain vegetable oil should also be avoided. All of these foods will impact your health and weight loss efforts. But don’t despair, there’s always room for the occasional treat!
