Yes. Exercise is a major component to fat loss and the key to vitality. Without exercise (strength and cardiovascular training) you may lose weight, but some of that weight will be in the form of muscle. Muscle is your metabolic engine, helping to burn calories even at rest. Cardiovascular and strength building exercise routines are included in the program and most can be completed in less than 20 minutes. Pilates, yoga, group exercise classes, etc. are all acceptable forms of exercise and will fit into a healthy lifestyle. Consistency is the key!
